Customer service
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. Outside these hours we will take your inquiries on our telephone answering machines and will be happy to call you back if needed. Telephone calls may be recorded for training purposes.
Payment methods
We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, VISA Debit and American Express as well as cheques (please make cheques payable to MADELEINE FASHION Limited). All cheques will be banked upon receipt for security reasons.
Orders
All our prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and
include
the V.A.T.
at the current rate. Prices are exclusive of postage and packaging
costs. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be
altered, up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value
added tax. The correct price will be shown on your invoice.
We charge a one-off £4.95 charge for posting &
packaging for delivery inside the UK. Even if we need to despatch
multiple parcels to complete your order, we will only charge you once
per order.
If you wish your goods delivered to an alternative address, please
indicate during the checkout process.
The contract between us and you for the supply of products by MADELEINE
FASHION Limited comes into existence when your order has been accepted
by us. English law applies to all orders placed, and any disputes will
be heard in the courts of England and Wales. We reserve the right to
accept or reject orders, or to close an account.
Delivery
Availability is guaranteed only while stocks last. However, any day or period for delivery is indicative only. We aim to dispatch all goods quickly, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any product not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible when received from our suppliers. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.
Right to return
If you wish to amend any details to your online order, or make
a cancellation once it has been confirmed, please call our customer
service team on 0800 112 4510.
If you would like a refund or exchange please return your goods within
14 days of receiving them. A postage paid returns label will be
included in each delivery, enabling you to return goods to us at no
cost to yourself. Simply attach the label to the returns package and
take it to the post office. Please make sure that you get a 'proof of
posting' certificate from your Post Office. This will cover you if the
goods are lost in the post.
We will refund the cost of rejected items (returned with their original
packaging and in perfect condition) as soon as possible and in any
event within 30 days.
Privacy policy
MADELEINE FASHION Limited is registered as a Data User under
the Data
Protection Laws applicable to the UK. The registry entry contains
descriptions of the purposes, sources and disclosures of the personal
data held by the company. Information collected is used to process
orders. We adhere to the strict rules of the Data Protection Act to
ensure that any of the personal details that we hold are protected from
unauthorised access. We may also pass your name and address to other
carefully selected companies whose products and services may be of
interest to you. Please write to us if you prefer not to receive such
offers.
If any part or parts of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid,
void or unenforceable then that part or parts will be considered
severable from these terms and conditions thereby not preventing the
remainder from being enforceable or effective.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the discriptions,
prices and offers are accurate. However, we reserve the right to change
specifications without prior notice.
